Become a Rebel FOR a Cause.

As businesses, we are responsible in our local communities to do right by people and the planet. Some brands are better than others at doing, and then showing this. You can decide to get purposeful about impact and start doing business with purpose today.

We want to turn brands upside-down and inside out, instilling vision that captures the hearts and minds of your team. This will see your team energised towards impactful activities that extend far beyond your office walls.

When you craft your brand DNA with impact as the secret sauce, you will shine in the marketplace. Your audience will naturally gravitate towards working with you over the competition due the impact you make outside of business.

It's Time to Do Things a Little Differently.

Company A started a business to maximise profits and personal wealth at the expense of people and the planet. Company B started a business to create positive change in their clients’ lives and become a great employer and pillar of the community, all while caring for the planet.

Top talent and clients are tired of Company A and are desperate to rock and roll with Company B. Talented people have chequered CVs with 12 months here and 18 months there. This is due to being disengaged with the vision and a lack of impact in their day-to-day lives.

Your audience seek to partner with a brand that radiates business with purpose. They are attracted to passion, skill and impact. It’s time to be more Company B!

Chart a Course With The Brand Impact Map.

A key aspect of our branding process and our tinyBox Brand Dive Workshop is to collaboratively create a brand impact map covering staff, clients, the community and the planet.

Staff Impact.

Move away from vanity metrics to measure staff happiness and get to the heart of what makes your superstars tick. We will explore ways that you can look after your team and how to supercharge company culture.

Client Impact.

Adrian Webster coined the powerful concept of TNTs (Tiny Noticeable Things). Think handwritten birthday notes or asking about an important life event during your next meeting. This is one of the tools we will explore in delivering excellence.

Community Impact.

Partner with a local charity and chart a course towards the tangible way your business can create impact beyond simply donating money. Discover all the ways your brand can radiate good in your local community.

Planet Impact.

Take stock of how your company and its operations are impacting the planet. Even minor tweaks in your day-to-day can have a major impact on your brand’s carbon bottom line.

Working towards Digital Inclusion for All.

An essential component of every brand story is the daily impact on staff, clients, the community and the planet.

Put business with purpose at the heart of your story with the Brand Impact Map. As part of our tinyBox Brand Dive Workshop, we work together to map out the positive impact you can make in these four key areas: staff, clients, community and planet. With actionable targets and measures for success, your brand will have purpose weaved into its fabric.

As part of our Brand Impact Map, we support St Werburghs Community Centre, a local Bristol charity. Every website we create directly funds half or a full day of 1-1 digital inclusion sessions. These sessions benefit individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them to learn how to use the software and devices most of us take for granted every day.

Take the free B Impact Assessment today.

The B Impact Assessment is a free online tool created by B Lab to help you measure and manage your company’s impact on its workers, communities, customers and the environment.

B Lab is the non-profit organisation behind the B Corp movement, one of the better business accreditations we look at as part of your Brand Impact Map.

Using this globally recognised tool, you can view a clear picture of how your business stacks up in the areas of governance, workers, community, customers and the environment.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Business with purpose can often be a hazy area that sounds promising in theory, but the concrete steps towards meaningful impact aren’t always clear.

We have created a solid pathway through the four key areas of staff, clients, community and planet for you to chart a course towards impact.

When you prioritise impact in the areas you and your team are truly passionate about, it all clicks into place. Your brand then becomes a beacon that positively impacts everyone it comes into contact with.

There are many cases of charity and green washing in the business world. The good news is that if you truly care about brand impact, it will show.

Firstly, you can demonstrate the fruit of your impact activities based on the four key areas of staff, clients, community and planet. This can be through a quarterly or annual impact report covering these ares.

Secondly, people are emotionally intelligent and can tell when a business is just ticking a box to join the crowd. If you are passionate about impact, it shows!

There are costs involved in accreditations such as B Corp, and they can vary depending on which one you decide to go with.

B Corp accreditation starts from £1,000 per year* with some onboarding fees. Other accreditations such as the Good Business Charter, start at as little as £150* with annual renewals at £50.

*Fees accurate as of June 2024

When your business strives towards its vision, fuelled by making a genuine and tangible impact daily, your team will engage, and Mondays will no longer be a drag.
According to research from Deloitte “purpose-driven companies” experience 40% higher levels of workforce retention compared to their competitors. This is a big stat and shows just how important to your superstars (staff) impact led business really is.

Depending on which accreditation you decide to sign up for (if any) and how much of a splash you want to make with your impact efforts this can vary.

Our Brand Impact Map is designed to create the clarity you need to move forward and find the perfect balance of your every day activities, and the work it takes to drive impact for your staff, clients, community and the planet.

An example of community impact can come from offering your team the opportunity to volunteer at a chosen charity 2 days out of every year. This kind of action is a start, and you can build from there.
